Singapore Hot Yoga classes | Bikram yoga 30 Day Challenge
Hot Bikram yoga classes
Bikram recommends doing a full Bikram class religiously every day for two months, or until you are performing all but the very difficult poses such as Standing Bow Pulling Pose and Stretching Pose eighty percent correctly. Sound impossible? With the motivation of our 30 Day Challenge, it might not be!
If you are brand new to Bikram Yoga or if you have been coming for years, a 30 day challenge will push you to the next level and you will see amazing results.
We all have busy lives that prevent us from doing Bikram every day. But can you clear your schedule for just one month, to enable you to practice once each day for 30 days? If so then the 30 Day Challenge might be for you! Remember, never say never.
You can start whenever is convenient for you. Just register at our studio by putting your name on our Challenge Board and then tick off each day that you come to class. If you miss a day you can make it up by practising two classes another day that week but this can only be done once per week. You'll be suprised how quickly your body and mind can change.

TESTIMONIALS

Everyday was different. What you could do today, you might not be able to the next. I was tired somedays, energised on others; and emotions ranged from happy and inspired to anger and frustration. aches and pains came and went. I was bloated one day and dehydrated the next. A bikram challenge is different from other hot challenges in that it is the very same 90 minutes and postures everyday. With the same dialogue all the time, the hardest thing for me was the mind wandering and having its own party while i was working my ass off. I learnt to listen with an open mind , practice intuitively, and accept any discomfort as my yoga for the day. My belief is that the 30 day challenge was designed to prove that if one makes effort, yoga can be a part of your everyday life. After the challenge, i can honestly say that to be able to practice every day, for 30 days (with lots of humor and coconut water) is a real treat.
much love!

Hihi, how should I start with.....
30 days challenge has increased faith in myself, self discipline, determination, concentration & patience. Increse my energy level (this keep us yogis looking young). To recognize my body as a tool. Got a daily dose of inspiration & motivation that comes from practicing with my friends at Bikram Yoga Harbourfront! 30 days of Bikram yoga = 30 day cleanse. ***Stickers*** yay. Because you are never too old to start something good. Because Lady Gaga does it!
Why not ? No more excuses! Trust the process! Feel like a spring chicken again! Spring cleaning to get you gleaming! My life now is such a joy. I live and breathe what I love. My only regret is not doing this earlier.
Thanks

Bikram yoga is life-changing.
I took my first class on with crazybunny Alyx, a great friend of mine whom I've known for many years. I struggled through my first class, and had to sit out some of the postures. Post-class, I was so tired that I was barely functional the rest of the day. And it didn’t end there. After the first class, my muscles ached for 3 full days! For the ache to be so bad, I reckon I must have worked very hard in class! The ache kept me going back to the hot room. And return I did! Other than practicing as regularly as I could, I went on to complete a 30-day challenge and two 60-day challenges in a year.
With regular practice, the bad aches went. Strength and flexibility came. On top of physical strength, Bikram Yoga has also made me stronger mentally. It feels great to achieve what I did not think I could do when I first started out. I could practice for 90 minutes every day for 2 full months – when it was barely possible to get me to go running once a week!
Of course, there were classes that were so good that I went to new depths, and there were classes where I barely made it through. There were also days that I didn’t want to go in to the hot room. But that’s the practice. You feel better on some days than others, and you learn to accept it.
Through this journey, I made many new friends who are important motivators in keeping me going strong. There are also the ever encouraging teachers who always know the right moment to say the right lines to keep you going through to the end of class. I am blessed to have them on the 60-day journey each time.
It has been a fabulous year, and I will keep coming back for more.
Thank you Clancy and Bronwyn for Bikram Yoga Harbourfront. It’s like a second home now.
